These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlhq ("jlhq," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlhq.live (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on jlhq, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlhq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jlhq.

To register and use the jlhq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlhq or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlhq Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jlhq Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jlhq account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jlhq immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jlhq reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jlhq may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the jlhq Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlhq supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO Unibank
• Metrobank
• Other payment methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your jlhq wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jlhq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jlhq VIP members receive priority processing. jlhq reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to applicable limits.

jlhq may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all jlhq bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jlhq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
• jlhq reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Game outcomes are determined independently of jlhq's commercial interests and are not subject to manipulation.

By participating in any game on jlhq, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. jlhq will not reverse a bet on the basis that you misunderstood the game rules or placed a wager in error, except where a verifiable technical fault on jlhq's part caused the error.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jlhq's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• jlhq reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption is identified that materially affected the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits as specified in the jlhq VIP program terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlhq Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and jlhq's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live dealer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on jlhq.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlhq staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jlhq Platform — including but not limited to the jlhq brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jlhq or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jlhq's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use jlhq's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of jlhq's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jlhq.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlhq, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jlhq Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by factors outside jlhq's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, game results, or promotional content displayed on the Platform.
• Any decision made by you in connection with your use of the Platform, including wagering decisions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlhq's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlhq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your jlhq wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlhq support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned accordingly.

jlhq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlhq will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jlhq Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlhq Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to jlhq's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also direct complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
